The basis in Yerba Mate EL PAJARO MAS IQ LIMITADA is a high quality, selected Yerba Mate elaborada with medium leaves and sticks that maintain the flavour of the Paraguayan holly (ilex paraguariensis) and valuable herbal additives such as ginkgo biloba or Amazonian Camu Camu berries along with cactus and guarana. The result is an extremely interesting and powerful composition.

Taste and aroma of yerba mate:
- The taste of this mate is distinctive, characterised by a specific power, resulting from the harmonious combination of holly and herbal and fruity additives. The additional ingredients - each of which is a powerful raw material with a distinctive taste - give this composition a deep flavour in which the bitterness has been somewhat mitigated and the stimulating power and strong taste are stable.
- A few pours and you can still feel the aftertaste, like all El Pajaro, thanks to a base based on leaves from traditionally grown shrubs, it retains its potency until the 6th pour. Remember that the second and third pour are optimal and in the first and last pour the taste is the least.
