Chamomile flower (Flos chamomillae) 200g
For centuries it has been used as a "nerve" drug. Recent studies have confirmed its anxiolytic and sedative effects. It is recommended for pessimists and for easily irritating. Cures digestive disorders (eg colic in young children), prevents motion sickness, acts diastolic and antiallergic.

How to use: 1 tablespoon of flowers pour a glass of boiling water. Consume 50-100 ml every 2 hours
