- Traditional Paraguayan yerba mate without any flavourings. The packet is simply 100% strong yerba mate containing leaves, sticks and dust. Dried and seasoned leaves with a well pronounced bitter taste with each pour.
- Only ingredients of natural origin are included. No artificial flavours or other additives. Distinguished by quality backed by thousands of years of Indian experience. It grows on pure 100% natural cultivation, in fertile terrazzo red soil rich in minerals and nutrients. The best holly leaves are ground and rigorously processed beforehand. The traditional process of smoke and air drying ensures that they retain their potency until the 6th infusion.
Taste and aroma of yerba mate:
The taste is robust and strong, with a distinct bitter note typical of elaborada. A few draughts and you can still taste the aftertaste, as all El Pajaro, thanks to its base based on leaves from traditionally cultivated bushes, keeps its strength up to the 6th draught. Remember that the second and third pours are optimal and the first and last pours have the least flavour.
