Guayaka Guayusa Ginger Cocos is a harmonious combination of ilex guayusa together with coconut shavings, cloves and ginger and aniseed. The flavour of the composition is intertwined with wild field willow and the addition of Brazilian cocoa. The delicate aroma stays with us when repeatedly adding water to the same portion of tea.
Ingredients:
Brewing method:
Pour 2-4 teaspoons of dried tea into a 200-300ml vessel, then pour boiling water over it. The infusion is ready to consume about 5-6 minutes after brewing.
Method two:
Pour 2-4 tablespoons of dried herb into boiling water for about 500 ml. The infusion will be ready after 3-5 minutes of boiling.
Due to its mild flavour, guayaka goes well with forest fruits, juices, and other herbs. It can be prepared both hot and chilled, similar to terere.
