Pajarito Menta Limon mix has a classic, deep taste with a clearly noticeable note of bitterness, interestingly conquered by the addition of lemon and mint aromas. METHOD OF BREAKING: Traditionally in South America, dried yerba mate is poured in a quantity from a quarter to a half of the dish and is flooded with water at a temperature of 70-80 degrees C.
