Green Coffee ground
Arabica Brazil
Such a ground coffee was usually made as a tasteless water brew but we recommend to apply it as a slimming ingredient to healthy fruity smoothies, cakes glazes or creams as it decreases the ability of assimilation of simple sugars and coffee's taste is really imperceptible.
The biggest problem in manufacturing green coffee is grinding it to obtain a very fine powder, since it is extremely tough and neither big industrial grinders nor small ones can manage to do it.
The biggest advantage of green coffee is its high content of chlorogenic acid (CGA), which reaches even up to 12-14%. Combined with caffeine and its mineral compounds, CGA decreases the ability of assimilation of simple sugars: glucose, sucrose and fructose included in e.g. fruity smoothies. |

Furthermore, green coffee is rich in compounds which significantly boost fat burning and the reduction of fatty tissue. These properties make green coffee such a good component of a weight-loss diet, especially as it keeps the highest nutritional value contrary to the coffee prepared in a traditional way. The recommended daily consumption of CGA is 1000 mg (2 teaspoons). |
