- Directions for use: 2 teaspoons add into a glass, pour lukewarm water and mix it.
- Wait for approx.
- 3-5 minutes then stir and drink.
- Follow this with further glass of water.
- Take twice a day, 15-30 minutes before meals.Do not exceed stated dose.
- While using - drink more water, at least 2 litres per day.
