- Yerba Mate Yacuy Ice Pepper Mint is a mint-scented composition with a strong and very pleasant refreshing aroma. This delicate-tasting yerba with natural stimulating power is certainly one of the few mate with such a dominant and noticeable mint. The bitter note, typical of yerba mate, is here covered up by peppermint. The recipe of this tasty erva mate is based on large leaves and sticks, so as to keep its flavour as long as possible in cold terere. Scented with the warmth of a tropical summer, erva mate will bring refreshment when prepared both cold with ice and hot in the classic version with water at 70 degrees C.
- We recommend it both for people who are just learning how to drink Yerba Mate and for seasoned Yerba Mate connoisseurs. The strongly refreshing taste of mint and the intense effect of yerba mate are a perfect combination for terere lovers, i.e. cold yerba mate.
Taste and aroma of yerba mate:
- This is a yerba with a delicate flavour in which a refreshing mintiness dominates alongside the holly character. The bitter note typical of yerba mate is masked here with peppermint, which is ideal for the terere version.
- It consists of large leaves and larger sticks of holly of Paraguay and dried peppermint.
