Ingredients:
- Yerba Mate very finely ground, with a high dust content, for fans of Uruguayan mate, with a fresh aftertaste and juicy colour!
- This is yerba from Brazilian plantations, prepared in the "Uruguayan" way: yerba mate Tipo PU1. This means a yerba consisting of very finely ground leaves, a lot of dust and a maximum of 1% fine twigs. Thanks to the right processing and short ageing, Yacuy yerba mate has a fresh taste and aroma with a smoky note.
- For Yacuy, due to its dustiness, it is recommended to use a bombilla with a large filtering part. Yerba should be brewed in the same way as chimarrao yerba mate.
