Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) 2,000 years ago the Greek physicians they called "joy to the heart", a famous physician Paracelsus defined it as "the elixir of life." It was believed that lemon balm removes worries, cheers, encourages and transforms enemies into friends. Currently, it is used as a sedative, stimulating digestion, cools, helpful in menstrual pain and headaches. Melissa also works antibacterial and antiviral. Externally, it is used to strengthen hair, while dandruff and herpes.
Method of brewing:: a spoonful of herb pour a cup of boiling water. Drink several times a day for half a cup.
